Staff was welcoming and helpful. The hotel was tidy, surface clean and well vacuumed. The breakfast area was very clean as well. The property itself did need some updating as the carpets and furniture had a musty smell to them due to age. The pillows and bed linen did not smell fresh either. This is the reason I can only give an average rating.

The bathroom doors are sliders providing no privacy. Parking lots were a mess after snow. Only one person clearing the lot. No maid service. Coffee maker in room broken and never sent replacement after requested. Phone also broken in room. Way overpriced for what you get.

We had a great stay! The breakfast buffet was amazing, room was super nice and all the offerings at the lodge - from morning coffee, to an ice cream parlor visit after the hot tubs were excellent. We hope to go back one day!
